• Due to the irrevocable nature of digital products, no refunds will be made on purchases from this category.

CANCELLATIONS:

• Physical products can only be canceled before the detection code is issued. After this point no cancellations will be possible as the parcel is out of our hands and already in the shipping process.
• All cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover administrative and payment processing costs.
• Cancellations that are eligible for reimbursement are paid by electronic transfer (EFT) into a bank account in the name of the person who placed the order.
• Cancellations will be refunded within 21 business days.
• No exchanges are made on physical products unless the buyer submits the necessary proof that the product is damaged. It is the buyer’s responsibility to order his / her chosen product in the correct language.
• Exchanges for defective items are made if the defect is reported within 7 days of delivery, the necessary proof (eg photos) is attached and the items are returned in their original packaging.
• Due to the nature of digital items, no refunds or cancellations will be made on purchases in this category.

RETURNS:

• Buyers MUST provide a physical address, ensuring that someone will be at that address to receive the parcel. Mailboxes are not accepted.
• Aramex Couriers reserves the right to charge an additional fee for the delivery of parcels to farms, plots and / or unoccupied areas.
• We take no responsibility for parcels returned because no one could sign for it. Buyers must ensure that they provide an address where they (or anyone else) will be available to receive the parcel between business hours.
• In the event that no one is available at a given address, the couriers will attempt to contact the buyer via cell phone to provide an alternate delivery time and / or an alternate address within the limited radius.
• If the buyer is not reachable by cell phone and no one is available at the given address, the parcel will be sent back to us on the third day.
• Buyers must get the parcels back at their own expense.
• We accept no liability for buyers who provide incorrect, incomplete or unreachable addresses or contact numbers.
• Post office orders must be collected within 30 days. The South African Post Office does not necessarily send packet notifications. Buyers should monitor the progress of their parcels at Parcelcode or other tracking websites.
• Post office orders that are not collected within 30 days will be sent back to us. Buyers must get the parcels back at their own expense.
